Berard AIT is an auditory intervention that

10 hours (20 sessions) over 10 or 12 consecutive days, under the supervision of
professionally trained
AIT Practitioners
who follow the
Berard AIT protocol.
The minimum
recommended age for AIT is 3 years of age.

ABOUT MICHAEL AND STEPHANIE BORBE

We are
parents of a 5 year old child with diagnosed with autism.
-
We
have been through the GFCF diet,
biomedical intervention,
occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioral therapy , ABA, and
natural juicing.

Our son is very much
recovered today and close to being a regular child. He is in a
regular school being mainstreamed with a shadow teacher. He now plays
tag with his brother and initiates conversation with us.

We believe we have
our son back mainly because of the
Auditory Integration
Training treatment. It is because of this that we have decided
to pursue this noble calling . We educate parents about
AIT and
encourage them to try whatever works for their children.

In
February 2, 2008, we organized a highly successful event called
“Recovering from Autism” at SM Mall of Asia, Philippines
featuring Annabel Stehli and Georgiana
Thomas. It was a success with more than 500 people in
attendance.

Annabel Stehli
talked about her experiences in recovering Georgie. This also
marked Georgiana Thomas’ successful return to the speaking circuit after
a 6 year hiatus. Members of the Autism Society of the Philippines,
Philippine Association of Behavioral Analysts, Autism Pinoy and SM
Supermalls helped make this event possible.

In
mid-March, 2008 we opened Sound Therapy Learning Center. It is
the only center in the Philippines dedicated to
Berard based
Auditory Integration Training.

Last
April 6, 2008 we organized a seminar for parents regarding
Berard based
Auditory Integration Training at our Center.

This May 4, 2008 we will be holding
another seminar for parents at our Center.
