Auditory Integration Training is an Educational
intervention.

Berard AIT is an auditory intervention that consists of
10 hours (20 sessions) over 10 or 12 consecutive days, under the supervision of professionally trained AIT Practitioners who follow the Berard AIT protocol.

The minimum recommended age for AIT is 3 years of age.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Jennifer Corbin is a registered and licensed occupational therapist with a master's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
  • In the past seven years, she has been working with children assisting them to build independence in all daily living skill areas and teaching them to learn and use age appropriate social skills.
  • Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, Jennifer earned a bachelor's degree in recreation therapy.  With this, Jennifer assisted people of all ages to develop play and leisure skills as well as develop friendships.
  • Jennifer is a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota graduate occupational therapy program for topics of developmental disabilities and auditory processing disorder.
  • In addition to lecturing, Jennifer has presented on various topics to parent groups, school personnel and medical professionals.
  • Cranial Sacral Therapist trained with Upledger Institute.
  • Post Graduate training in:

    • treatment for Non-verbal Language Disorders
    • treatment for sensory integration
