AIT
is a 10 hour auditory intervention. There are 20 supervised
listening sessions of 30 minutes each, completed over 10 or 12
consecutive days. AIT has many
scientific studies. The minimum age recommended is 3
years.

Dr. Gerard
Binet is a clinical psychotherapist in private practice in Montréal.

Dr. Binet has
training and expertise in a variety of ways as Psychology, Education,
Naturopathy and Homeopathy.

Early in 80's,
he integrated Berard
Method of Auditory Training into his practice. In fact he was the first
AIT Practitioner in North America.

Dr. Binet
lectured at University of Quebec, University of Montreal, Concordia
University, International Institute of Bordeaux in France and Dakar
University in Africa.

He specialized
in treatment of individuals and various types of difficulties, including
those with auditory processing problems.

His multi
disciplines conducted him to develop specific protocols in the
treatment of autism, learning disabilities,
PDD and ADD which offer 86% of visible results for the patients received.
Percentage is even greater for the treatment of
hypersensitive hearing,
suicidal obsessions and chronic nervous
breakdown.
